Psycho-Geometrics® is a personality-communication system, featuring five shapes used to identify traits and behaviours, specifically in terms of how one is described, acts, and relates to others. A 15 minute online assessment reveals which of the five shape behaviours are your natural strengths and which one you may find difficult to use.

Psycho-Geometrics® has been shared and used by more than 1 million people, in more than 60 countries and in more than 1,000 multinational corporations, companies, schools and universities, non-profit organizations, and government agencies around the world.

It was created in 1978 by Susan Dellinger, Ph.D., and inspired by the work of psychiatrist and psychoanalyst Dr. Carl Jung (1875-1961), who is credited as the founder of analytical psychology.
