Research says that fear and anger are the most dominant emotions on the planet today. Fear is nothing but LACK OF TRUST in our own self. It is also the lack of trust in the situations around us, in life itself! Fear makes us feel alone. We don’t trust that we are being taken care of, and hence we must take care of everything ourselves. Since we don’t trust, we have an obsessive need to control everything. And obviously, we’re going to feel fear because we CAN’T control everything in our lives.

This fear of uncertainty and the fear of failure stops us from taking the leap of faith. It takes away the self-confidence we need to make difficult decisions, to stand up for what we want from our lives, and to manifest our dreams. Stepping out of our comfort zone is scary. Love is the opposite of Fear. We need to love ourselves so that we can strengthen our hearts, our bodies, and our minds. The more we choose love ourselves, the more we choose to trust Life, and the more we choose to believe that we are taken care of at a higher level, we experience magical moments of love, support and safety!

1. Make a list of all your fears. Be as specific as you can. Don’t judge your fears. Identify them with gentleness and compassion. The first step to overcoming fear is, to know it and understand it. 
2. Ask Yourself “What’s The Worst Thing That Could Happen?”. When you allow yourself to contemplate the worst outcome, you become familiar with what can happen. And what we know, doesn’t scare us that much anymore! In fact most times, we simply tend to TERRORIZE OURSELVES in our minds. 
3. If you want to stop living in fear, you have to decide that your dreams are more important than your fear of failure. Allow yourself to make mistakes. Tell yourself repeatedly “I am doing the best I can with the knowledge and awareness I have at the moment. And I am learning and growing with each experience”.
